Some Web designers create a graphic and then cut it into pieces. The pieces are then reassembled on a Web page using an HTML table. This is known as slicing. For more information on Slicing, see Drawing slice objects.
To export sliced objects:
1 | Select sliced objects. |
2 | Choose File > Export Special > Selected Slice. |
If you selected a single slice, the Export Preview dialog box opens. If you selected multiple slices, the Export dialog box opens. | |
3 | Make any additional optimization settings in the Export Preview dialog box and click Export. |
4 | In the Export dialog box, choose a slicing method: |
